Francesca Valsecchi

Francesca Valsecchi graduated at the State University of Insubria with a doctoral thesis in Private International Law titled “The economic relations between spouses in Private International Law”. After having completed her legal training with the Law Firm of Capurro e Michetti, Francesca passed the Bar Examination in the District of the Court of Appeal of Milan, being admitted to practice in Italy in 2008.

Francesca Valsecchi has assisted and advised national and foreign Group in corporate, commercial and bankruptcy matters focusing on drafting and negotiating business contracts. She has also developed a specific expertise in the Italian legislation concerning the protection of personal data and the e-commerce, with specific reference to the legal design of B2C web platforms.

Francesca Valsecchi is also an expert litigator having assisted national and foreign Groups in several commercial and civil cases, both before Courts of Law and Arbitration Panels.

Francesca has a natural predisposition for team working, is always capable to establish a fruitful dialogue with her clients, and is extremely predisposed for the in-depth technical and factual analysis of legal issues.  The great accuracy and deep commitment that Francesca devolves to her work are always combined with efficiency and operational readiness.
