• Constitution of subsidiaries, branch offices and representation offices;
• Keeping of legal books and records, assistance in corporate controversies including those concerning members of the management and control bodies;
• Consulting services and assistance in commercial and corporate extraordinary transactions (mergers & acquisition, joint-venture, spin off, sales of shares, goods, going concerns and branch of business, etc.).
